A Notice to Advise: The Arkansas Health Department has issued a violation for the water system. In the month of June, 2025 while taking water samples, Rich failed to fill in one box on the form to indicate "Chlorine Residuel" in the sample. Even though the sample came back NEGATIVE for any contaminates a violation was received.
